Our immediate desire is to provide current information that is pertinent today. Here you will find updates on what's happening within our neighborhood and our lake as well as requested documents and forms you will be able to download and use.
Note: Great news!!! We are excited to offer residents the option to now pay their HOA fees online using various methods such as credit cards, debit cards, and electronic checks. This makes it easier for residents to manage their payments." You MUST register on the website to be able to use the payment portal. LYHA Residents:
Just a friendly reminder as we move into election season, to please refrain from displaying signs in your yard or along shared spaces. Signs are prohibited per our Restrictive Covenants page 7 section 16.
“No sign of any kind shall be displayed to the public view on any lot except for one professional sign of not more than one foot square, and except one sign of not more than five feet square advertising the property for sale or rent (excluding therefrom sign by developer for sale of said property”.
